About the Host

Hello everybody, I'm Marc Hall, the new host of the brand new ihigh sports show, what is sure to be the hottest, and best, sports show not only in Kentucky, but nationwide. I want to take a moment and give you a little background about myself. I was born and raised in Floyd Co., Ky. I am the oldest of 4, and a half, and come from a very good and loving family. I graduated from McDowell High School, home of the Daredevils, in 1990, and played on 2 district championship teams, and 1 regional runner-up team. I am very single. After serving a church mission to Salt Lake City, Utah, I attended the University of Kentucky where I majored in Social Studies, Ed., and minored in Psychology. I have coached high school basketball, highlighted by helping guide the 2003 14^th region champions, the Powell Co. Pirates, and the 2004 Class 'A' State Champions, the Hazard Bulldogs. I have also officiated high school basketball for many seasons. But my favorite jobs have been in sports media covering high school sports, such as doing play-by-play coverage on the radio, or writing for different high school sports magazines and newspapers, which have kept me in the heat of many, many games. My goal is to make the iHigh sports show fun for everyone, to be the best around, and with your help, that can, and will, be done. I'm Marc Hall. I'll see you on the web, and at the games.
